Tymeless Flooring provides free estimates on all flooring, cabinet and granite.  Estimates for installation include  materials, labor, taxes,  and insurance. Most estimates, unless stated, do not include the removal of existing flooring, the removal or re-installation of any plumbing fixtures, the removal of furniture, the removal or re-installation of base or base shoe molding, or floor preparation required to bring the substrate to the industry’s standard tolerance. All areas to receive new flooring must have all paint, drywall compound, or other debris removed from the concrete slab or wooden sub floor prior to the start of installation of flooring. It is the responsibility of the owner/contractor to provide a suitable place to dispose of scrap material when our installation begins. Failure to meet any of these requirements will only delay the installation.

For Slab Stone Please Note: For fabrication to begin, the customer must provide the manufacturing template or factory specifications cut sheet for drop in sinks and cook tops. If under mount sinks, customer must provide the sink at time of measurement and any other item that will pierce the granite surface (faucets, soap dispensers, etc). A slide in range must be in place at time of granite installation. NO CHANGES ARE ALLOWED AFTER FABRICATION BEGINS.

ALL RETAIL AND SPECIAL ORDER MATERIAL ARE TO BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF SALE.
